Parking is available at the adjacent lot at Seacoast Bank, or at the parking garage 615 12th St across from Seacoast Bank. Parking is charged at $0.25 per half hour.

- Ensure you have a copy of the PALS Provider Manual. Either paperback or an ebook version will do. (See link below for ebook purchase option).
- Complete the Precourse Assessment that will be automatically emailed to you upon registration for the course.
- Attend class and bring a copy of your precourse completion certificate with you. If you do not have access to a printer, it can be printed prior to class, just ask the instructor.
- Successfully complete the class and achieve a passing grade on the test.
- Claim your AHA PALS Provider Card.
This AHA PALS RENEWAL Class is approximately 4 Hours.
ALL Provider cards are provided SAME DAY and are valid for two years.
You are required to have the current textbook for this course. If you already own one or have access to one before, during, and after the class, you do not need to purchase one.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
- Class size is limited and classes do often fill quickly. While we understand emergencies do happen, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations.
- Rescheduling your class is always an option, and is free of penalty! We are always willing to work with you to find another class date/time to accommodate you.
- Notice of cancelation or request to reschedule may be provided by either phone or email.
- Full payment is due upon scheduling the class and will guarantee your seat in the class.
- Cash payment is not accepted.
- Full refunds will be granted to all students who provide at least 24 hour advance notice of class cancellation, and will be issued to original form of payment.
- Refund requests with less than 24 hours notice are at the disgression of the owner.
You are able to ADD ON the BLS Provider Certification to this class for an additional $45, and the ACLS Provider Certification for $100.
